Description

This lot consists of
one (1) piece of a Welch
#40-US3 mortise latch with solid polished brass (US3) strike and armored front (1" width). Button in case retracts latch when activated by thumb latch. Latch is also retracted by knob on either side. 1/4" diamond spindle, 2-1/2" backset.
The height of the front is
