NWOT Vintage 1989 Pool Chalk Saver Billiards One Unit - new without packaging

Remember when stuff like this was made in the USA? This was. In 1989.
It is vintage and originally these were sold in packs of two chalk savers. However I sold the other one separately and with the original packaging. So this one does not have any packaging. Nevertheless it is new and unused vintage. New old stock. I remember the originally package was dated 1989. I forget the maker's name.
